PageRank fluctuations?

    Yesterday when I looked at my site the Firefox plugin showed me a PR of 4/10 for my index page, as well as my forum index. I was very excited because the forum had been sitting at 3/10 for quite some time and the main page was at 2/10.

    Now today I see it has gone back to 2/10 for both those pages. What's happened?

    Google is currently in the process of updating the datacenter servers.

    It takes a few weeks for the PageRank export to be completed. Expect all sorts of weird and wonderful results until the middle of May!

    So I guess I was getting excited for nothing. Damn.

    I don't suppose this has anything to do with the fact that I resumed my Adwords campaign on Friday and paused it again on Sunday morning, would it?

    LOL! Just seemed to be a heck of a coincidence!

    A couple of minutes ago it was back to 4/10. Now its down to 1/10. Cripes!
