I would remove your border around your adsense ads.. because it's a bit outdated. Instead add in a lighter shade of blue for your table.

 

Dude, your template doesn't look professional. and to be honest your site looks like it is 10 years old. There are many free nice looking website skins out there, try to get one.

 

I think the Blue is a little much on the eyes....

i know that design is not the best. I dont us a finished website skin i build my pages with a php editior.

 

i test many colors and i think it was one of the best. I use this background color also on another page and the page impression per user are very high so i think and hope the most people have no problem with this color

 

skin is irritating my eyes...nothing offensive though
