Replicas? As in knock-offs? This depends as knock-offs are not legal to some extend, unless you carefully go about doing this..

yeh id say they are knock offs. So maybe it would be real tough for the drop shippers to send them into countries without customs getting a hold of them.

But what happens with all these guys who sell these replica rolex watches and stuff. If they sent it to us here in australia, I would suspect customs would confiscate many.

it's trademark infringement. eBay will pull your listings if this is found to be the case (that's if you get it past customs)

Ok i think this is a dodgy road to go down, so will pull the plug on this idea I had. But for other things, does anyone know where to find good drop shippers for free?

yes, agreed, i am definately going to go down this road. What do you think are the implications of fakes that are a bit different, you know like spelling the names wrong like RULEX?

Lets get this straight, selling fakes isn't good and if you advertise them as real thats just plain stupid. Secondly a business like this is just tacky and wrong.

People sell fakes on Ebay they say they are authentic.
They make millions some of them.

I myself say they are replica but don't sell on Ebay and I don't hide the fact.
All over the net there are replica websites.

ITs the market for the poor people who cannot afford five thousand dollar stuff like the celebrities (who have too much money anyway)

Selling replicas is illegal. I'm not sure if I'm allowed to do this but take a look at www.devilwear.co.uk which dropships authentic designer clothing and sunglasses worldwide. Sorry mods if this isn't allowed and I'll accept a slap on the wrists.

Most of the time the products look so real it doesn't matter and its tempting to use the word "authentic" but you can't and shouldn't just let the buyer know exactly what there getting
