how do i get flash on a website?

i have a wordpress type site and some .swf files i want to have on the site.

im not sure how to get them to post.

Thanks, i guess i was doing it right before but the file was 12mb. and i wasnt waiting long enough for it to load.

i think im gonna convert them to avi and let them be downloadable because i cant run them about like 500x500 on my page and they look too small.

 

AVI may not be the best option. You might want to look at others, e.g. mpeg or flv (Flash video) for smaller file sizes.

 

FLV is one of the best, I woud reccommend that.

i was talking about adding a flash video into a post. i figured out how but the size was limited so what i ended up doing is just making a new full screen page that is linked to it.

in the photoshopdog link in my sig you can see what i ended up doing if i didnt explain that very clearly. just click on any video tutorial.
