Oh my gosh, that's way too much tea... doesn't your body get dehydrated? I hope you're drinking 3x the amount of water just to gain what you're losing
But the crash the day after is horrible! How can your body take 2 cans when the daily limit is 1 can Which brand BTW? I use rockstar
I've always wanted to try Red Bull and see if it actually works, but I never got around to it. From your guys' personal experiences, do energy drinks actually work? I'm going to a track meet this Tuesday and I could use the energy boost.
They work but depends on your body and tolerance to caffeine. I wouldn't reccommend it for a track meet! You might get a really low low! (HUGE headaches...) For tracks: I heard if you eat pasta, LOTS of carbs day before, should be fine.
i have had energy drink before, but at this time i feel fully charged up, for after effects i can say after a day , caffeine content is minor i feel, though i have no clue about caffeine, also was wondering if it is harmful to health
Energy drinks are definitely harmful to health! That's why you can't just drink as much as you want And..... caffeine is in energy drinks (hence the energy boost). Isn't caffeine bad for your bones too? + dehydration
Yup! I am addicted to extra joss. I drink em 3 times a day so sometimes I find it hard to sleep at night but its so delicious.
