There is no traffic to the site right now and no income. The price is very inexpensive for everything it comes with. When I built the layout, I maximized the ad space with design/layout so the site wouldn't feel cluttered at all. That being said there is a lot of potential behind the site. I would be running it and making some extra $$ but I have so many projects right now I just can't get a handle on anything. Anything else I'll be happy to help
$450 as an opening bid is way too high for a site not earning anything and with no traffic. The true value of this site lies in the PR at the minute and at the most i would go around $100 although im sure there are people that would possibly go upto double that, i dont think you will find anyone that will go to $400, perhapse increase traffic, add some adsense ads and then get 3 months worth of income then you can probably get closer to that
Nah, not a typo. The price includes the logo (which is pretty sweet), an awesome layout (written in PURE CSS for very fast load times) made up of 3 pages. It also includes the domain name, which is very brandable. This package has a lot of potential. I think the price is reasonable considering what the package consists of.
