Is it possible to change my gmail address to my .com e-mail address? So something like but I use gmail still?

Is this free? Or do I need to register the domain at my email host first?

    Thanks.

Yes, you can set up a mail forwarder. If you have cpanel, go to mail, forwarders, and the set up to forward to your gmail account. Everything sent to will go to your gmail account.

There you go. You can use Gmail as your email client with your domain name. If you need further help, let me know. I have setup about 100 domain names on GMAIL :D

Let me bow down to you

As already suggested, what I do is setup mail forwarding in cpanel to gmail, then within gmail goto Settings > Accounts > Add another email address

What this does it allow you to respond to the forwarded emails using your domain email address whilst still using gmail, as well as sending new emails from your domain email address using gmail.
