more complex than google toolbar ?

    does exist such tool that can show exact PR value ?

    not 2; 3; or 4

    but

    2,174; 3,897 or 4, 562

    ???

    Not actually true. Google operates dozens of datacenters, and PR can and usually varies across the different datacenters - especially during Google PR updates. The actual PR you see, is the rounded off average of the PR from all of the datacenters. There are sites on the web that will display your PR across all the Google datacenters - and often will express your decimal (un-rounded off) PR.

    But after some time the datacenters give the same page rank.Why we can`t say the updating of PR just take some time to be stable in all datacanters and it is the same for one site?
    actually I think so ...
