Problem with WebCEO

    I'll start by saying that I love this tool, but it does have some issues that drive me nuts. The fact that i can never get them by phone does not help this any as I often have urgent issues with my clients that I need at least a perliminary answer.

    That said, my current issue is as follows:
    I have a number or reports in the scheduler that go off every month. For some reason, not all the reports are showing up in the report viewer that the clients see. For example I have a ranking report that runs every month, the March report shows up in the viewer while the April one (ran at the begining of April) does not.

    Any ideas?

    OK, problem has been resolved with them.

    In all fairness I must say that they responsed very quickly this time. I really hope the keep it up

    They tend to be very quick, but I did think they were having a problem with the scheduler (I think I saw it in an email alert from them).
