If I were in your shoes, I'd talk to an aggressive attorney to consider filing suit. The terms of service say you can't sue, but that may be like the dump truck that has the sign on the back saying "Not responsible for damage - stay 200 ft back". It has no relevancy in court. At the least, you may prompt a settlement, as Yahoo may not want to risk having to disclose their business methods in court (for example, how they count irrelevant clicks, etc.).

Wow, I read your message, checked my bank account, and I saw a payment... amazing!

I just wanted to update you guys, I ended up getting a payment for the previous month which I am very happy, but I still have about 10-20% of my revenue in their system.

things like this though causes webmasters to lose faith in YPN which in turn makes them even more obsolete in terms of advertising. But,they as well as adsense can terminate anyone,at anytime and not pay if they want...fair?no way..

I absolutely agree templates, I would like to get advertisers on board myself, but that's a difficult task which YPN and Adsense solves.

I got terminated a couple of rounds ago. Eventually got paid minus 7% they deemed invalid clicks.

TOS can say anything it wants but doesn't protect them if they are committing fraud. Claiming 100% of thousands of clicks are invalid stinks like fraud. Get that case in front of a jury and you could tear YPN a new a-hole. Would love to see a class action.
