haha anyways did you watch the game last night? Awesome!!

    - A post that has nothing to do with the original post. Then someone would reply to this and suddenly the thread is about something new.

OR if you post in someone's sales thread trying to sale your own thing (that's more malicious)

i suggest you to stay in the general chat for about a month and understand how these things work, then probably you will figure out the rules etc more clearly!
anyways, keep posting in this general category and it will be fine!:)

it's okay to recommend a product, but you must have done it in the BST area, which is not okay.

like for instance if someone posted a question about "how to increase traffic?" in Genreal Marketing, say, and then there's some discussion going on, it's okay to say "i've got this ebook on how to increase traffic, it's worth a read".

but if someone started a BST thread saying, "i've got this program that can help you increase traffic, i'm selling it for $5." and then you pop in and say "i've got this ebook on how to increase traffic, it's free", that's not okay.

If it is red consider yourself a cat with 9 lives left.

If its yellow consider it a warning.

It usually comes with an expiration date.

One time a user posted a question in one of my own forums that I answered. A few months later I discovered that the user had edited his original post so I was full of porn links :( That's also one way of hijacking a post/thread.
