Someone please tell me that those 66 clicks will have some ( sales/ leads ) which are disclosed later???? I have adsense and CJ together more or less with simlilar visibility but with adsense I see more than 100 clicks a day and with CJ, I'll be lucky to get 1/ day..something is not right... Does anyone know of a better combo of adsense with another programme like CJ or any other that doesnt violate adsense TOS.
Sounded like you need to work on your pre-sale page a little more. Since we don't know your traffic resource and traffic quality, it is hard to tell what the problem is at.
Pre-sale pages....are same as pages with the same adsense code that generates over 100 clicks / day... but CJ gets barely 1 click.. is there any way we can monitor if CJ really are displaying the correct No. of clicks?
Sounds like your users are adblind. Maybe you should try integrating your CJ product into a textlink found in the content?
Is there any other programme which can be used in conjunction with adsense on the same page but pays for ad impressions?
could you check these 2 examples for me please http://www.nicedeals.co.uk/salvaged.php?brand=BMW&model=BMW+316&refnum=3369 http://www.nicedeals.co.uk/salvaged.php?brand=BMW&model=BMW+316&refnum=3369&large=Y
Hi nice deals I can relate to your issue having found out a similar way. I have much much less traffic but your experience confirms something, People really only click on adds that are directly relevant to what they came looking for on your page. The adverts you're displaying are completely unrelated to the products your page deals with, if you look harder you might find better matches for your products. For me , right now I am just experimenting with diferent ads, but time doesn't lie, if they aren't interested now, same tomorrow unless you change the adds Heres to hopingi'll find adds that go with my sites Cheers
I have chosen the best most related ads I could find from the CJ inventory. I believe it boils down to CJ not having a lot to offer for automitve related sites especially in the UK.
1. Too many GG AD, chances of click on them are better than your aff link 2. Text links probably work better than banners.
you could be right there..i have a new design for the site in the works here www.nicedeals.co.uk/test will try and integrate the ads better and maybe try some text ads instead for cj
I find that having adsense on my Commission Junction sites kills my Commission Junction sales. You are basically giving you traffic away for a few cents from Google. I replaced Adsense on a few of my large Commission Junction sites and my income climbed considerably more than I lost in Adsense income. I'd experiment if I were you.
Yes why not take adsense off for a week, then do the same with cj and see the result? Would be interested to know how you go on.
