Looks like Bush's tax cuts are working again, after the US recorded another record haul on taxes (previous record was in 2006, another Bush tax cut positive)...
Just goes to show that what Bush is doing is helping our economy, which has set several records this year (13,000 yesterday!) and continues to do so (it is a better economy than the .com boom of the clinton era!).

I wonder why democrats want to increase taxes and frick up a good economy? This is like the third or fourth year in a row. I remember when dems were lying about "worst job loss in history," "worst economy ever." It's a shame they can't seem to get anything right. The only thing they've made clear they have the ability and desire to do is surrender.

Exactly. Using the DJIA as an indicator for economic success is stupid.

Consider though, Clinton had the deficit licked, Bush screwed it up then (oh wait) never fixed it.

Our economy will never be anything like it was before income tax was introduced. Government spending and subsidies are nearly not as efficient as consumer spending. Women rarely had to work before we abolished free market, if a women worked the family was considered poor.
We are not going to restore our economy unless we abandon socialism
