Lots of expired domains with Google PageRank available to register right now!

seologs.com is usually ok. I still prefer to use their checker as it's usually very accurate. When it's been fixed I will probably revert to it. The checker at domainpagerank.com has begun to return some incorrect valid results, especially for some domains with fake high PR. I am recommending sem-faq.com now as their checker is accurate with the www. although not so good without.

 

This is not necessarily the case. Many of the domains on my lists have lots of backlinks that contribute to the PR. seologs.com has a backlinks analyzer tool which will show you the number and origin of the backlinks. In most cases, these backlinks don't disappear overnight, especially if a new, website is built on the domain that has similar content to what was there before. Lots of these domains have archive.org results which can provide a good indication. Failing that, there is sometimes previous content remaining in the Google cache for recently expired domains. PR, of course, cannot be guaranteed, but do your due diligence and you can get a decent PR start.

26th April: today's list just published. I have taken some of the comments in this thread on board and have included information about backlinks and link popularity for all domains listed. Whilst there is big demand for domains with PageRank, these additional metrics should make it easier for you to select domains that are more likely to hold their PageRank and/or have the potential for traffic.

Not necessarily. I know Wordsworth from Namepros. I have bought quite a few domains from his list. Many as far back as 2 months ago. Many still retain their PR. Many of them are PR3 or 4.

But this is where a domaineer does their homework as well. Check for the backlinks yourself. And if possible find out what was on the domain prior to being dropped etc. Check for the overture blah blah blah and etc.

Wordsworth daily listing is pretty solid and highly recommended. I'm glad he found his way here to DP.

1. Your suppose to click the link in his signature(Domains for sale, free available to register domain lists and much more!) - My Word Is My Bond dot com.
2. It will take you to his home page.
3. Than click on the button that reads: Domains Available.
4. From there you are to go to your fav registar. And registar the domains you found on wordsworths list that you like and or want. Most should be available.

But all i got was sorry this domain is not available !

 

Not all registars do it in real time. I believe Godaddy is one of them. So you need to have a back up registar as well. I have namecheap as my second than moniker. I believe moniker is the more reliable in real time on dropped and expired domains. Than if it doesn't come up. Than someone snagged it already. Wordsworth publishes this on two different webmaster sites. Here at DP and at Namepros.

It's worth the time to check his site. I have been able to snag 3 PR4 domains and still holding even after 6 weeks+. I also picked up like 3 PR3 and still holding as well.

 

Moniker is the best registrar to use for grabbing just dropped domains. Many of the domains on my lists will still show as taken at other registrars. Namepros members can get $6.95 pricing for most generic TLD's without coupons. PM me if you want the details

28th April: today's list just published. There's fewer domains than usual but higher PR (PR verified at sem-faq.com with their fake PageRank checker). Other metrics published too.
