How to make $641 asap

Any suggestions how i can raise $641 asap

Due to some arse hole who purchased a website from on ebay opening a dispute with paypal because he has changed his mined and no longer wants it as he said to paypal my balance is now -$641.

This guy is refusing to give me the domain back until he gets his money. I have got a new buyer for the website but he cant pay for 2 weeks.

any suggestions as i want my account back to positive
