People charge different amounts depending on what they think their ability is worth. But unless we know the keyword and the current ranking for the site, it is difficult to give a quote.

Anyways this should be in B/S/T if you are looking for a service

So basically rob the rich? That is your advise?

Look at what other SEO's are offering, and at what price. And you can start making some packages similar to those.

there is no chance for you to get on the first site of google with this kind of blogspot blog. As I told you in my PM, you never use these keywords in your content. Your site content is not homogeneous and you have dublicate content on your blog.

There is no point being first page for keywords nobody searches for. Try using Overture to find the highest searched keyphrase related to your content.

That's what you want to rank page 1 for. I have also told you over the last few days via PM, if you want SEO done i will take you on even though i'm happy with the customers i have and don't normally take on new clients.

    It's your call.

Unless your blog is better than all of the top 10 sites that rank for your target keywords then it will never outrank them. You can't create value out of nothing.

    Some suggestions.

Post your blogspot content to your own server
Use Google sitemaps & Google Analytics to keep track of your content and keywords that are most often used in searches to find your pages.

I think it gets messy when you try to target pages for specific keywords, It's better to write good content first, then take a measurement (with tools above), then if you have the time (which I hardly ever have time for) then do your SEO

The rate depends on the target keywords. If you want this keywords to rank in page 1-3 of Google within a month or two. Then you need to pay a higher rate.

Depends on your keywords and how competitive they are. I would say for any reasonable competitive keyword, you would have to pay more than $1000.
