Paypal Documentation!

i have ben asked to fax some utility bill and as per required i fax one mtnl bill and one bank statement to confirm my address but i haven't received any confirmation email from them that the fax has been received, when i log into my account they are still asking me to submit the utility bill, so just wanna ask you guys do we immediately get the confirmation email that the fax has been received or we get it when they review the documents faxed.

Fax needs to be manually reviewed and I am sure you are not the only paypal customers who was asked to submit your documentation. As long as you added the cover letter as requested and labelled all the documents with the required information, they will eventually get to yours. Give them a couple of weeks to do that.

 

ok but i wanna know do we get any comfirmation email immediately informing that the fax has been received(i m not asking about the review) coz in my account they have written they will send a confirmation email to my email address as soon as the documents enter their system

 

No, you won't get an automatic confirmation of a fax receipt, I didn't at my time.
A wise thing to do probably is contacting them again as soon as the fax was sent to get the confirmation on the phone.

 

You will get donfirmation of receipt of documents in about 3-7 days as they need to be confirmed manually!

Did u verify ur PP by VCC?

 

Could you let us in on how you've been using your account? (No specifics, just generally.) Reason being so people can know what actions to avoid to not be limited.

I.e., when did you get the account? Did you enter all correct information (country, etc.)? Who are your customers? Do you have a few customers putting a lot of money in, or a lot of customers putting $5 or so in?

Did your deposits grow gradually? Or was there a big jump at some point?

Did you verify with a credit card? Or with VCC (virtual credit card)?

Have you paid out big amounts out of the account? Or have you withdrawn large amounts in the form of a check all at once?

Have you given anybody your username/password?

 

yes i verify my account via vcc and there was a direct jump in deposite with $110 and similarly withdraw with $108

 

what do u mean by direct jump?

 

now there is currently only $2 in my account but they have started an investigation on the transaction which i made with xoom which was of $108, but they are not asking me anything they are asking xoom(seller) for more info, i dont know why

 

guys i have sent the fax to them with all the required documents but now the thing is i just want to confirmed whether they have received it or not, but i m from india, so plz someone from you can help, i will really be thankful to you please help me you just have to call them and make sure they have received the documents or not, it will only take your 5 minutes pleaseeeeeeeee

Sorry to sound stupid...but what is cover letter??
I have faxed them the documents....its almost 24hrs still no response from paypal apart from that email in which they told they have recieved my documents...

 

I believe when Paypal asked you to fax them some documentations, they would require you to download some documentation from the Paypal website which you are supposed to attach as your first page of your fax so they know why you are faxing the documentations for.
