Selling Site thru Escrow

    Hi Guys,

    I'm selling a site - the buyer request to do Escrow. Need some advice - when do you transfer the domain and the source codes?

    After or before buyer accept the merchandise?

    after the buyer pays escrow agency the amount. once you transfer the domain, they buyer have X days (determined by you both) to check the domain for validity, etc. once s/he is happy with it, you get your money.

    You are talking about domain transfer. What about the whole site? The PSD, php, html files. I mean in which step should I send the files over?
