Seriously lost serial number for game, what can I do?

I am not asking for a crack or keygen, I really lost a serial number for a game I bought last year. The game was cheap, Tiger Woods 06, but I dont have the numbers. I have the box and everything, but the number is now missing. I usually don't even play games besides golf or a couple of others. Anyway, can I contact the company and make an appeal for the number if I give them the bar code or something? I really do have the box. I would never make an appeal for a crack on this site, I swear. I am just bored and want to play this game. Thanks
