Are you a fat webmaster?

I believe most webmaster spend the whole day sitting on the chair working hard. That's why a lot of us are overweight!

Just wonder if you know any exercise that you can do while you are in your office. (it would be the best if you can do it while sitting down)

I had been using fitness ball as my chair and it works quite well for me.

    Any suggestion?

I am not obese, but a bit of regular exercise does the trick- a little walk, some pushups and stuff like that.

I'm pretty active when I'm not working, but you're absolutely right - I find that sitting in a chair all day really weakens my back muscles. I like the exercise ball idea, I've been intending to get one for a while now.

I ride about 30 km per day (on remote bush trails).
I might be fat, but I'm fit :)

What I really want is a rowboat, kayak, or a canoe. Pity we have no water left in Australia.

Why don't you go to the gym for an hour after work or maybe 40 minutes during your lunch break. I know a lot of people in IT Support who do this :)

Am I the only one here that noticed the blatant attempt to sell fitness balls by the poster of this thread? No wonder some of you struggle with affiliate marketing ;)

To get on topic here, I work out several times per week and stay in shape. I'm about 5'10" 170 as well.
