HELLO, I am new in AbSense program and ovbiously I got a problem... The kind of Ads I get are in "Japanese, Mandarin..." [/COLOR]SO, how can I do it to get them in ENGLISH, please?
This type of thing happen to me before 20-25 day to my site...but the my another friend in different city was able to see the Ads in English, while I's able to see only Japanese / Chinese Ads... It automatically display English after 5-7 days. anyway which site you are talking about?
your site is famous in Japan! lol. did you mention any japanese word in your site or blog? that could have triggered it. this is your first post. you joined dp because of this problem i guess.. welcome to the forums.
Give it time and they will change to English unless you are targetting Japanes or have Japanese content.
YES! it is my first post in forums in my life. My websites are in English. To phd: I supposed it will take a few days to get the right content! My boss won't be happy until then. THANKS TO EVERYBODY
I noticed that too when testing my HTML files on my own PC. But after updating that files to my server, ads return to their usual language (spanish or english).
Well if you have newly installed the adcode in your website, then the google spiders have not crawled it already perhaps. So, it is in Japanese right now as they are not certain about the content of your website. It would be fine once the spiders crawl and index your website which would be within 24 hours of putting your adsense code. Hope that helps. BTW I am new in this forum too like you but you can take my words as I am not new to the web developer world.
And where do you live? The reason for Japanese ads may be in your location. Often I see Bulgarian ads on English sites. Thats because i live in Bulgaria
testing pages ( opening pages ) in html editor on laptop also leads to chinese ads - but that is because i am working in asia near china when viewing the page in its final version online I get ads as usual and only very seldom chinese ads in my asian forum but finally what you want is of secondary importance and if you want a particular language then you want something WRONG at least for me the language of ads is totally unimportant, however important is eCPM $$$ !!! in adsense $ is important - for advertisers, for G for publishers hopefully as well I am never interested in language but in highest success/reward for all and if G thinks to earn more with chinese ads - then it's fine for me as well you can rest assured that G serves what brings highest $
Thats right . Let your website be indexed by google once so that it knows your contents and then the relevant english ads would appear.
just upload it . sitback and relax it will be fixed soon. many people got a same problem but it will not stay for long. good luck and welcome to DP.
