Why does he get all the fun stuff, my God tells me to do things like "love your neighbor as yourself" and "forgive those who harm you" things that are not always easy or fun.

In fact He even tells me to "take up your cross and follow me." What?? take up a cross? Do you know that a cross represents death and that they would nail people to a cross to die!!!! I don't know this sounds a little bit too personal to me.

Could it just be something like "pick up a gun and shoot your neighbor" or better yet "smite the neck of those who insult you" those kinds of things would make more sense to me....

 

No religion tells to murder who oppose you. If India opposes me, i will not get a gun and kill them. Get It. Secondly if a religion said to kill another, then the religion would surely get extinct.

I am not a Christian, but I have read their Bible. I don't see anything in the New Testament which would lead me to believe that Christianity promotes terrorism or killing people for no reason.

The Old Testament does have some passages which appear remarkably bloodthirsty, but Christian theology holds that Christ made following the rules of the Old Testament unnecessary.
