As we know many people are selling myspace bulletins here on DP.If I buy such bulletin postings and give the link of my blog where I have adsense running, will it be with the TOS of adsense or I will be breaking the law here?

I have read of more than one publisher getting banned after sending mass-bulletins. I have also read of 100's more not getting banned. I think the TOS says that "spamming" is not an approved method of traffic - and i think mass myspace bulletins may count as spam..
Also keep in mind that Myspace is has been cracking-down on spammers recently.
Also bear in mind that Myspace traffic converts poorly for the advertisers (meaning watch out for smartpricing) and I dont think myspacers are good clickers anyway (meaning low CTR)..
I would not risk it..but that's just me..

Thanks for your guidance.Bulletins are messages sent to friends only. The friends already have approved the bulletin sender as friend. So I wonder why google treats it as spam and secondly if I buy service of bulletin sending from other provider, I shouldn't worry myspace blocking such person :) or deleting his profile. But yes as you say these guys are not good clickers, one should be careful while deciding the package rate.

It's not illegal to get traffic from MySpace, the worst thing that could happen is you break a ToS or two.

I think it's a matter of degree. If you send bulletins to your friends it's probably not going to generate a huge amount of poor traffic. If you send a million bulletins to a million strangers using a spamming trick you're probably going to hear about it from either MySpace or Google. The TOS is just a good idea...but it's what they notice that really matters.

Actually, just because the bulletin is coming from a friend, that doesn't AT ALL mean the bulletin is coming from a friend. There are many sites that post bulletins for you after you create a slideshow. Those sites then use that info to send massive numbers of bulletins.

I own both an anti spam site and a myspace editor. Trust me .... You should agree with people who have already posted. The CTR is extremely low (1-2% even from your real friends) and bulletins can definitely be spammed.

    NOT WORTH THE RISK.
