Do you know if it would be allowed to run Ask ads and AdSense ads on same site (of course, not on same page) ?

I think they are tryig to become a serious player in the search market. They recently redone their logo by dropping the butler and supposedly improved their search algorithms.

Ok so they say they will offer transparency  Google can easly add that if they want to...then what? i think people will join just to see how well it pays. If it doesnt pay enough they will leave and continue on with adsense just like everyone did to yahoo. Adding a new feature is not going to help them.

Glad to hear the news, I'm really tired of Adsense excessive demands wanting people work at Google's pace in exchange to low conversion rates, not to mention that noticeable logo that the Adsense units are displaying now.

Looks like newbies urged to promote their business... really terrible

I am really starting to like ask more and more. In the last few months they seem to be sending me more traffic that converts well.

May even consider a contextual program if they eventually offer it. God oops I meant Google needs some competition! :D

Very little traffic from ask.com for me (only 1.4% of organic traffic), and with medium conversion rates.

It's surprising a giant like Microsoft hasn't released anything-- actually it's ridiculous. With Google's Adsense and Yahoo's YPN Beta out, you'd expect Microsoft to care. They just keep losing a grip of things... (I know they have AdCenter for advertisers, but nothing out for publishers! Not even an alpha stage program!)

I'm extremely excited about this service. Can't wait!
