I have that after my title. Any idea on how to get rid of it?

    Cheers,

I don't think you are allowed to remove this from your web site.

I think they have an option for that, you need to pay more money.
Like about $100.00 or so, I red that but sure about the amount.

    Thanks

You can remove the "powered by vBulletin" by purchasing the brade free feature. They is a cost to this, and I think you pay yearly, I am not sure though. Why would you want to remove the copyright anyway?

It is not a matter of removing copyright. I pay for the license already so I don't see why I have to advrtise for them on my board. I'm competing with other forums and would like to have somethign more related to my forum then "Powered by V Bulletin". If it were free I would be able to see but if I'm paying an annual license I should be able to remove it. If I can't that's fine just kinda odd if you ask me.

Well when you remove the copyright when you have paid the fee, you can't really put "Powered By Me", as you cannot claim the scripts/software. However if you would just like to add your copyright, you can do it easily.

You don't need to pay anything that way, however vBulletins copyright will still be there aswell.

I don't want to say powered by anyone. No one is looking for my forum because it's powered by x. Frankly I don't think anyone on my board cares. I just wanted to get rid of the whole "powered by" and ad some specific keywords.

    Thanks though.

You will just have to pay for it to be removed, then. That would be the only way, I am afraid.

Thats what I think, I was planning on removing it when I get my vBulletin forum. Now I think that, showing your vBulletin forum off is best. ;)

I am not going to pay for it anyway, I think the owner of a vBulletin forum should be proud to be powered by vBulletin.
