    Hmm, I'm trying to get to the bottom of this. I have a computer setup that runs a clean install of Windows XP Pro SP2 and Internet Explorer 6. In fact, I only have this computer setup that way to test web pages for compatible (my main computer has Windows Vista, IE7, and Firefox 2.) Other than that, the system is off.

    Cut a long story short, someone else running WinXP Pro SP2 and Internet Explorer 6 is saying the the sidebar on the right is off by a few pixels. I definitely believe them, but I can't recreate the problem. I was wondering if other people running a simliar setup could check it out. The URL is:

    GREEN REP for all who post anything here remotely helpful. Thanks.

    That's how it looks for me as well. Rep added!

    Looking for more feedback (and giving more GREEN REP.) Does anyone know what else could be causing this?

    browsercam.com could help
    I remember seeing an easier service but I cant remember the name.

    I viewed on my home comps, one with IE6 and it looks fine. Text size change doesnt affect it either.

    Here are the messed up screenshots. I'm trying to determine the difference between my IE6 and his. There's definitely an issue, but without the ability to either isolate what's causing it, or to recreate the problem myself, it's going to be hard as heck to fix it.

    I do use Firefox, but many people don't. What I am trying to do is make sure that everyone who uses this theme in Internet Explorer see's it like it's intended.

    Keep posting here, get Green Rep!~

    Problem Fixed

    Apparently it wasn't picking up the IE conditional statements for IE6, such as <!--[if IE 6]> so instead I had to use <!--[if lte IE 6.2]> which targets browsers which are equal to or less than Internet Explorer 6.2, which solved the problem. Thanks everyone! Everyone who posted got green rep. ;)

    <!--[if lte IE 6.2]>
    <style type="text/css">
    .nav {margin: 5px -250px 5px -8px; }
    #main .left_side { width: 440px; padding:15px 0 0 35px; margin:0; position:relative;}
    #main .right_side { position:relative; left:24px; }
    </style>
    <![endif]-->
