i was wondering if anyone could please give me a review of what you guys think of my site. i havnt worked on the ads yet but ill probably be using both adsense and adbrite. i have yet to buy a domain for the site but i have one in mind. please let me know what you guys think about it. the site updates via feeds from other sites. i do credit the sites where i get the feeds from and dont take credit for them at all. the link is below. I like the colors and gradients, excellent template. For your links on the orange bar, try bolding the font so its easier to read
I like the actual blog template and look a lot. Not only would I darken or bold the links on the orange bar as recommended earlier, but I'd do the same for the orange text on the right nav. As for the blue and green I'm getting behind the blog, I am not much of a fan of that. I am horrible at picking color coordinates and compliments off the top of my head, though. It's entirely possible I'm in the minority on that one. Great job!
ya i like the color patter too - the green and blue background... but kinda bored scrolling down you could put some on another page
I agree with danmbuen, the page gets rather monotonous as you scroll. Additionally, the footer looks way out of place. There's no gradient, it looks like its slapped right on top of something (notice the bit of sidebar background peeking out below the footer?), and the color is not derived from any other color in the site. I could be wrong, but I'm reading your footer color as #215083, yet the bluest blue on the site (at the top of the gradient) is #0056ef. As far as the rest of the site (header, color choice, etc), it looks fantastic. The only other thing I could suggest would be to somehow yank a bit of that lovely green from the bg image at the top and put it in the content area. Perhaps use a small (maybe 5px high) horizontal divider between posts? Great job.

I like it. Did you get it from a template or you created it from scratch? Very nice and clean. I like the blocked colors - it really adds a lot of pop.
the purpose of the site is that it updates from perezhilton, popsugar and a couple other sites so that people dont need to go to 4 different sites. everything is on one site. on the right side the categories are where the info came from.
