Which title structure to use for pages?

    Hi Everyone!

    Besides the index page I would like to title all the other pages on my website. Can you help me decide which title structure to use?

    I have a few options:

    1) domain - categorie - item - keyword1 - keyword2
    2) categorie - item - keyword1 - keyword2
    3) item - keyword1 - keyword2
