Appraisal Opinion for Heels.com

    Domain registered in 1995 and has never been transferred.

    Has been a blog or redirected to a blog by the owner whose last name is Heels.

    No notable serps I could find. #37 on Google for the term.

    Owner feels it is worth 175k because thats what leapfish.com says :p


    Please base appraisal on it becoming a ecommerce high heels site, not a UNC fan site :D

    Leapfish is garbage. It told me that one of my MFA sites from long ago was worth $220K (vylt.com) which definately wasnt the case.

    The owner probably know's its not worth that much, but is trying his best to find the 1 person who will believe that Leapfish is correct, then he's made a killing
