Always the same. The purpose of this is to make regular visitor less ad blind. But I don't see the point really.

Maybe someone with more time and energy than I could try this as an experiment, and report the results back to us.

I'm assuming CTR may be lower depending on your layout, you just generally need good blending. For forums, I guess its okay since you have repeat visitors and they'd like to see different colors..

just put color that a bit different from your site so it will attract the visitor more. No need to change it often though.

Multiple Palettes works GREAT with forums (at least for me).

Multiple Palettes didn't work all that well with me for content sites, but on some sites where CTR was 4-5%, I raised them up to 6-7% using multiple palettes.

I guess it depends on the type of website. I don't see multiple colors working well with financial sites, but they work great for arcades.

use contrast Ads color with your background color.

On one of my sites, I had the Adsense links in a stronger and darker color if compared to a regular link, at that time I was getting around 3% CTR, then I decided to change all the ad link color to the same color of my site and for my surprisse I had no clicks for 2 days... I panic right away and decided to change them back to the old color (stronger).

I don't know whether there is a different way to change the ad colors without being very time consuming, but this site in specific took me a good 4 hours to change all the link colors because I had to do each ad link manually, add that to 200 pages times 3 ad units.... can be very painful to try different colors this way.

I hope one day AdSense install a system that you customize the channel only and once you change the color in the Adsense site it will change the color and format for all ads under the same channel...

Change the ad link color can be a good thing if you have time and are willing to risk.

    Cheers everybody!

DP does it and I've heard earnings up to $10,000/month from the ads. Why not give it a try? :p

You just click multiple palettes when choosing a color scheme (you know when you are choosing the HTML colors for your Adsense ads?)
