That is a very common view and of course anything else sounds like a fairytale or a fantasy, but it may surprise you to know that we weren't originally intended to die at all. Genesis 1:27,28 tells us of God's original purpose for mankind and Genesis 2:15-17 tells us that the only reason the first human pair would die is if they disobeyed the command to leave well alone what did not belong to them. Psalm 37:9 tells us that there will be people who "will possess the earth", reiterated in verse 11, 22, 27, 29 and 34. Jesus alluded to this hope a few times as well at John 11:26, John 17:3, Paul mentioned it a couple of times at Romans 6:23 and Romans 5:21 and Revelation refers to people who will survive the great tribulation which immediately precedes Armageddon, at Rev.7:14. So according to the Bible 'having to die' may not be a foregone conclusion!

Thats is true. Oddly enough there are some theories with time that state that supposing the world ceased to exist tomorrow morning, you wouldnt realize it because of the nature of time.

As far as the end times go, a lot of current events match up with things occuring in Revelations and elsewhere in the Bible. I think the biggest question is as follows "Will Earth get struck by either of the near-Earth asteroids that will be passing us in the next 20 years?" either of them would be large enough to have consequences similar to that of the extinction of the dinosaurs.

 

The Bible describes the last days and 'the conclusion of the system of things' in a lot of detail. Jesus gave us the sign (Matt 24:3-14; Luke 21:7-11), Paul gave us a bit more(2Tim 3:1-5) and John a bit more in Revelation 6:1-8. The evidence that we are deep in last days is all around us. Some of us live in countries where it may not be so obvious, but globally we are there. Maybe it isn't going to happen literally tomorrow, but how much longer can we go on? How much suffering can people take? How much more war. famine. pestilence, earthquakes. terror. violence. misery, family and moral breakdown and tyranny can we bear? God is not only a God of love, he is also a God of justice and power so he can bring an end to human rulership, and he will.(Rev11:18) Justice must be done and God will rule the earth by means of his Son from his Kingdom government in heaven (Rev 5:8-10). Oh we can bear a lot more. I think its only going to get worse. Also, all this stuff that is happening now occurred long time ago as well so not much has changed.

In a major portion of world temparture will decrease by as much as 20 degrees making them unlivable, in other portion there will be continous heavy rains,seas will enter into cities.
