Configuring Gmail to Work with Your Domain

    Okay, so i signed up for the feature of gmail where you can config it to your own domain. I verfied my website and it said it could take of to 48 hours. I did not recieve any email at all from gmail...Are they suppose to send me somthing?

    Me too, I've been waiting for 96 hours and I have yet to receive anything from Gmail.

    Wow.. I never knew this could be done. So with any domain host we can have via gmail? Is this for free?

    I was approved about a year ago as a beta tester of the private label email program. Yes, you use your domain name and it is serviced by gmail.

    The part that I did not understand was you have to change some of the dns settings, the ones that point the mail to the server. This is done where your domain is registered. Honestly, I could have figured it out and you can also. I just decided I did not want to do it.

    I have my domain configured with gmail... if someone is still looking for the info regarding this.. please let me know.. i would be more than glad to help you out...
