At this age, I'm still at home playing stupid stuff.
Not even bother what is life.

    I respect him, seriously.

I don't think someone would go for Java certification so they could spam better. They go for it to get a corporate job, six figure salary, gray cubicle, long meetings, BlackBerries, long discussions about frameworks, more RAM, and occasional productive work.

LOl. The kid is a racist. Well, at least we may have one less eBay spammer. then again, with his skills he may try to outfox eBay and make their lives even mo difficult.

well at the age of 11 i already knew most of the commands of MSDOS, at the time i had an old commodor 88, (dont know if someone heard about it they dispeared in the 90's) and at the age of 12 i compiled a "basic" application by copying the code into the editor :), but its impressing to see a young boy becoming a certified java programmer.

Java does not have a natural feel to it like SQL, HTML, ColdFusion, PHP, and others. I never could see a lot of the rationale and had to memorize and just wonder why they made it much more complicated than necessary. It may be because it a general language and has to be all things to all men.

I wasn't good in remembering arbitrary stuff so I didn't do well in history and poetry classes but I did fine in calculus, trigonometry, mechanical engineering, etc so the memory and research oriented languages don't go well with me. I'd rather focus on the problem to be solved than the syntax used to do it.
