    "flash tutorials" has somany results.
so try to optimize your site for keywords like:
    "free flash tutorials online"
    "free flash tutorials"
    flash tutorials online
    free flash tutorials
    etc..

Optimize your pages for terms with reasonable searches but lower competition.

Choose heavy competitive keywords for your site if you choose any keywords but its not searchable then your all effort will going to vain B’coz u need a traffic and you should promote your site on heavy competitive keywords.

    Cheers

well the second options are much more targeted, so you are looking at a much easier time getting a top position, more targeted clicks and hits of people looking for exactly what you are looking for.

the downside is that you will get far less traffic, if you know how to optimize correctly which isn't all that hard and can actually get ontop of google for a high keyword obviously you are better off.

Personally, getting top 10 placement on several keywords of over 100,000,000 results took about 2-3 months.

I agree. If you think you can handle the competition in "flash tutorials", then go for it.. if not, then choose a different one.

We're not the one that should decide if you will target that keywords. If you think yo can get better ranking then go for it. If you want better SERP for that keywords optimized your site for that keywords. Put your keywords on title, alt tags, content and use as anchor text. Get more quality links using your targeted keywords.
