One of us is confused and I am fairly confident that it is you.

 

I am the one who has no religious beliefs.

Atheists strongly believe that there is NO god and that there never was. Many of my views about science and evolution coincide with many atheists, however I do not make a claim of either there being no god or there being a god.

To say an Atheist believes in nothing is a fallacy - they believe in that there is no great beyond and no god - and they're not wrong for doing so either. I know people who believe we were made by aliens to be slaves (Read Zecharia Sitchin) for the mining of gold. Zecharia Sitchin's theories are more well founded than those of Christianity and Islam (and xxxxxxxx religion) in my opinion - however I do not believe or disbelieve him.

 

I believe there is no God higher than myself.

 

Well I plan to take over the world - hence I will be the god of all mankind. [hint blog link hint]

I am a Muslim, by the way, when you ask the question "What Religion are You?" I believe the correct choice is "Islam", not "Muslim", because Islam is the religion, but Muslim's are the followers.
