Selling Adsense site - myloanspage.com

    Hello,

    At some point in time I decided to venture into the adsense realm, however that was short lived and I decided that that wasn't for me.

    Anyways, up for sale is www.myloanspage.com, the content there is not unique and was bought I believe from ebay.

    Domain is registered with Godaddy, hosting is on my server so that needs to move to your hosting account. Adsense can be changed easily.

    Traffic and revenue are 0 although I got some clicks previously.
    here are the numbers:
    Impressions clicks CTR eCPM and Earnings
    237 15 6.33% $49.66 $11.77
    As expected clicks pay a lot on this sort of content.

    If you are also interested I have a bundle of these websites relating to credit/finances/loans (about 20). Even have a plan to interlink them for maximum PR

    Also I forgot to mention that file names have been changed to reflect titles and keywords within the page thus making this website more SE friendly. Files were 34556.php and now are more like How-do-I-get-a-loan.php for better SE ranking.

    There's almost no traffic, if you look at the stats. A whopping 4 uniques/mo. :)

    mubin, no, the traffic is very minimal as you see from the stats. I tried out the website with exactseek's ppc which brought most of the clicks you see on adsense. I tried that to check if these websites can really convert and they have a high paying clicks. And they do.

    If the buyer is interested I can discuss what plan I had for this website along with 20 similar websites cross linked to obtain good PR and good SE.
