    Once again let me clearify that you can submit only if you have above 200 Posts in DP, its because that doing it in intrest of DP so only positive people towards dp would have free spot here.

    I think number of post does mater in this case as i am giving something which is not really free for free, to help those who helped DP and it cant be without at least 200 posts.
