Site Stats:
The site has over 2700 tutorials indexed, over 100 waiting in the queue, and everyday authors from all over the internet submit 15-30 tutorials to the site which can be reviewed in the admin panel.
The Tutorial-Index Forums, opened only around a month ago, already has a base of 330+ members.

Custom CMS:
Tutorial-Index.com runs on a custom cms system. This system contains a custom administration panel where you can manage news, tutorials, affiliates, tutorials, etc.. It also contains custom Topsites, with individual register page for sites. One other thing that this site has is a custom member system integrated with PunBB forums, members have custom profiles and everything!

In the sidebar you can see different things that the sale includes like, adbanners, buttons, etc..
Revenue Details:

Over the 9-10 months that the website has been in existence, the revenue has increased as the traffic has. We have made lots of money through adsense, ypn, tribal, direct ad sales, and many other sources. I think it's bull that you increased the BIN in the first place, nevermind thinking about increasing it again.

It's people like you that should be avoided when dealing in sites.

 

And why is that? When you have 5 people wanting a site in 3 hours, it's only natural.
Ive done this a million times over, I don't need anyone telling me what I should or should not be doing.
