HOEKILLERS.COM RPG game site for sale - Bargain!!!

I am selling my site hoekillers.com which includes a custom header design, domain (expires 08-feb-2008 godaddy.com) and the site - based on mypimpscript.com

Hoekillers.com has an active userbase of 400+ members. It was an impulse purchase at webmaster talk and i am selling it for two reasons:

1. I am unable to admin or manage the site as I have little knowledge about the concept of the game
2. My visual disability limits my internet / computer work to a level - well below the required for maintaining / administering such a site.





The site is currently hosted on my dedicated server along with other sites, it's overheads are quite minimal.

The script and addons would cost more than $600 - I bought the site for $350

lowridertj - You contradict yourself: if the market is 'dead' for 'them' games then why should anyone pay you $1 (never mind $100) for 'your' script?

Basically i sell the script for more on flashyflashes.com for over 4 years now. going back to 1999.

You offer to sell something which was mine to start you got from mypimpscript. Basically puts them in and alerts anyone buying that the site may be shut down when i shut down mypimpscript.com

 

Out of interest, since you claim that you've been selling the script for the past 4 years, why have you previously not taken action against mypimpscript? If I was the original coder, I would not waste one minute and sue anyone who 'steals' my script.

You barge into my auction and claim that you will shut down mypimpscript and other sites that use their script... if what you claim is true, you would have not wasted any time to do so. I find your motives questionable... good luck to you.

For the benefit of potential buyers I will make it clear that I purchased the script in good faith. It is fully licensed and the original article as far as I am concerned.

 

Had you taken the time to htink before you spoke you would have realized as well that you are dealing "mypimpscript.com"
with a country in which does not follow copyright laws or us laws.

So therefore makes it a bit harder. He has had to move hosts 3 times now because i have had his datacenters shut him down. now hes hosting in his country and not much I can do there. So I have been preparing for suit but takes careful planing as if not done right Ill just lose my shirt as far as legal fees.

and had you read correctly i more or less would not shut down the sites running the software. the company mypimpscript.com would have to forfeit earns as well as shut there doors. I would not have to go after who they sold it to. Its not your fault you were sold something you did not know they did not have rights to.

 

I sympathized with you at first, but now you've crossed all lines and straight into the twilight zone... you are contradicting yourself and making an even bigger fool of yourself. Whatever you're drinking, send me some too!

 

OK to put it very simple for you.. Listen up here youngin. Dont want you to miss something.

I am having them shut down and when it happens there license database will be shutdown as well. that means anyone with a mypimpscript copy will have there site shut down as the licensing database will not connect.

For your benefit.

Clear the files that are required and called in the script.

/admin/check.php --clear all data in this file. (its encrypted )
/check.php --clear all data in this file. (its encrypted )
/tru/check.php --clear all data in this file. (its encrypted )

I believe they are all named check.php I will verify when i get back home today.

Im not trying to be an ass here by any means. Telling you how to correctively fix the problem and be able to sell the site without fret for it to be shut down when I have there site and database shutdown.

the only reason I'm telling you this is because it is not your fault that this company ( so they call themselves ) has been selling scripts which are not theres.

Far as your responses teh last few posts i have made to you. Seriously though? Do you honestly think repeating yourself on something where Im trying to be as detailed as possible about a situation you were blind to and had no idea was even going on? I was trying to educate you into teh situation. Yet you sought out wanting to look right. But by anymeans. Do the above with your script and you will be fine threw the change overs and shut down of there site.

Yes by all means please bid on the project.. There is no threat of the site going down or anything as I have listed above measures to take in the encrypted files to ensure that the site is not effected when there license database is dropped.

Have already done so. they have a lot of scripts on there that are stolen. not just mine. but other providers as well.


Luck with auction.. It is a decent script and nicely done up administration panel.. Very turnkey.

First of all, if you knew what country I'm operating from you would have known that my country DOES actually follow copyright laws and us laws.
Second of all, i have NEVER moved hosts, just moved from a shared to a reseller and now to a dedicated server since the client database grew, i have no idea how you claim that you actually shut me down.

Why won't you let everyone know which hosting companies i used as you actually contacted them to shut me down didn't you?

- This is funny, seriously, the license method you just mentioned doesn't exist for maybe 6 months now, you're talking about version 1.3 and the latest version is 2.2, hoekillers.com is actually using version 2.0 so what you're suggesting on how to "crack" my software is not valid, you are really pathetic but yet again, FUNNY

Maybe you're just upset because i SUSPENDED YOUR OWN mypimpscript license that you purchased from me after you resold it to mafiastreetlords and this websites which is obviously using an outdated version since i suspended your license and you couldn't give him an updated version:

I have never received any e-mail from you what so ever and i am not threatened by your lawyer threat.
I have also have all your previous e-mails begging me to believe you that you didn't actually resell MyPimpScript to the websites mentioned above and that you used your OWN MyPimpScript license that you purchased from me to start that website and then you sold it as is.

I once fell and actually contacted you to purchase legal resell rights to a script you were selling which is the club game script, i paid you $400 for it, remember?
I have all e-mails and that's exactly the reason why me and everyone else should log everything when it comes to online business...

That script was full of bugs and i never actually used it, i only sold one copy of it and i planned on making it like mypimpscript and even purchased the domain clubgamescript.com but never actually done anything with it, you can run a whois check on the domain and you'll see that it's mine...

I am not planning on wasting any more of my time replying to LowRidertj's posts, i will just sum it up by saying that LowRiderTJ has a very nice imagination and that he can actually do something useful with it instead of making false accusation and lying to people.

I can actually use this thread to build a case against him as everything he said here is a lie...

Also, i think everyone should look at your what so called "shop" and see where all the scripts you are selling are really from, run a google search on each script...
