I do this for a living. (Build Sites and Sell)

I just built up this site with a very nice foundation, and a good domain name, so that whoever is looking to purchase their own vb forum can do so (Without going through all the setup trouble) But in this case I will not be selling my vb license(Against VB Terms Of Service)

It is a very nice forum, and can only get a whole lot better! Its even making money for god sakes

So why is it "against the VB terms of SERVICE" for you to sell your license but its not against the tos for your friends to sell theirs?

 

Rofl lol... In the terms of service with vbulletin it says that you cannot sell a leased license.. I have a leased one.. My friends have owned and are older than 3 months.. It is said that you cannot sell a vb owned license before 3 months.

 

Glad you found it amusing "Rofl lol" had to clarify what the issue was since you never stated it was a leased license.

Its $80 a year for a leased, but $160 for a owned.. owned you only have to pay once... if you purchase i can get you a cheaper vb owned license ... not from me but from a friend who is looking to sell his..

Through many request through pm for traffic stats i figured i would just post them.. The traffic is good , although the member signup is not doing to well... I have done barely any advertising...so in the right hands this site could be a gold mine...if you will need further stats i have them.. just shoot me a pm..




The site get anywhere from 1k --- 10k visitors per day!!! but that with no advertising!!!

Hmm, if your site gets 1k to 10k uniques per day, how come your April awstat saying 559 uniques and for May 19 Could you provide the proof of Uniques Visitors ?

 

I'm sorry for the confusion... I meant visitors... I dont know why I put down Unique..there are 1k -- 10k visitors per day!!

 

apparently i just figured out that my register function is not working and thats why i have very few members... if you click the join community today you can see for yourself... so if you know how to fix that, then I'm sure you will have a nice flow of registered users.. I finally figured it out..I dont know why i didnt look for that before... it was so obvious.. However.. I'm still willing to let the site go...

Like i said if this site is in the right hands then it will become a large gold mine..

The site is still getting lots of traffic and receiving revenue..I believe this is a great deal!
