When you typed www.dmoz.org, it will show you PR0, but when you typed dmoz.org, it will show you PR8. Kinda odd :D

I don't think anybody want to visit website without "www". That is the negative way for dmoz.

I have visited dmoz with "www" for several years and I saw high PR 8-9 or not, I am not sure.

    But today, it's gone.

Have you ever wondered about this like me?

No one at DMOZ cares about PR, so they unlikely to put in a 301 redirect, but at least it would stop all these new threads about it being PR0

Then they should do it the other way around from non-www to www that will make PR invisible for a few months until Google updates toolbar value - I predict about 100 new topics a day about DMOZ PR zero. (Ivan the Cruel) :D

It would be really interesting if there was such thing as best of the best with few featured sites getting listed on front page - threats and bribe offers to editors would skyrocket.

I am just curious, do have a lot on time on your hand? :D Do you spend a lot of time searching PR on big name sites or are you just looking for stuff to post. LMAO
Maybe you can check Google's PR and MySpace and Microsoft and Yahoo and Yahoo Directory etcc....:D
