I am having a problem with Adbrite. I worked with Many PPC's and adnetworks .. They normally take about 24 Hours at the Most to approve ads. I have been adding many campaigns to adbrite.. But everytime ... It normally takes 48 Hours to 72 Hours and some times even more. Anyone else facing this problem ? Why doesnt adbrite speed up this process ... may be preapprove ads ...and later have a manual check like adwords ( for Most of the advertisers ).
Another problem is that will sign up it is asking for US tax id, what for those who are non resident.
Dead easy - leave it blank. That's what I did and I've had no problems. I wasn't aware there was an approval system - I thought you just registered it and that was it.
I have had the same problem with AdBrite and Clicksor ... I think they review each add manually. It helps protect the company from crappy ads and irrelevant ads I believe. If you don't use Clicksor yet here's a link to add them to your advertising resource. http://www.clicksor.com/ I make money from that link so maybe ou wouldn't mind using it
3 posts and 3 affiliate links, your on a roll. i've only used the network ads once and it was approved the next day. preapproved ads would be a bad thing.
Funny ... I've only just started using Adbite this week .... I created 2 ads on Monday and they were approved within 24 hours!! On Wednesday I added another 6 ads, but it's now Friday and they are still saying 'Pending Review' Has anyone tried phoning them up with the number on their site and asking them to speed things up? Cheers ... Gerald.
When I first started using them several months ago they approved all my ads within hours. Now it takes 1-2 days.
I know why they are taking so long to review sites now. I called them to ask why it was taking so long o review my 6 sites after my first site was approved within 24 hours ..... They said they would review my sites ASAP and send me an email. 2 hours later my 6 pending sites got deleted from Adbrite and I received the following email from them: The 'currently running ad' which they mention above was my first site which I submitted last Monday which was approved on Tuesday .... I submitted the remaining 6 sites on Wednesday. So their 'policy' seems to have changed on Tuesday afternoon Cheers .... Gerald.
Why is it my fault no one else is upping the bid ???? ..... Actually it's .07¢ .... and I fail to see how they came to the conclusion that the sites were mainly advertisments when in fact there is only ONE ad block on each site!!! Just means I have to do abit more hard work to get more unique 'content' added .... not that they are lacking in content mind you !!! Cheers .... Gerald.
I just tried to have a network ad approved and it was rejected because I allegedly had a pop-up on the site the ad linked to. And because there is no pop-up, that was an utter nonsense rejection.
I too am facing issues with adbrite pproval. They have even changed the policy for buying ads. Some sites have flat rate still intact while for other sites they don't have it. Its strange why they discriminate like this.
