When I read about that the first thing that came to mind was banned AdSense accounts and "quality scores".

Probably so....Even if google was to reinstate your account, your earning would probably be completely gone.

It seems like the only option for you at this point.

The traffic quality from Adbrite and possibily adengage could be considered questionable ( and might be related to fraud)

All that unpaid money goes right into their bank accounts. It's an easy connect.

Especially when it's $25,000, i'm sure they don't mind finding a way to ban the account to recoup that payout.

Ok that might be the reason.....If its google pages they could probably see that the traffic quality your sending to the advertisers is not good.

Weird how you can get banned for clicks coming from the same place (ip or otherwise ). I have clicked hundreds of ads when I'm searching for something and I guess that is okay since it's google's web site.

AdEngage and AdBrite are legitimate ways of attracting traffic to your site - that is probably not why you've been banned. What we're looking at here is that person or persons unknown have been clicking on your ads on basis too regular to be coincidental - that's what invalid clicks/impressions means.

You should be unbanned if you did nothing wrong, if not, a lawyer and court looks like the only option. Such a big amount of cash needs a professional. After all, the lawyer will cost under 1/5 of the stake.

It is unjustified if everything you say is correct. I feel bad for you man. Legal action seems like the only option you have, unless you can get them to listen to you by emailing them...

Unfortunately, you are going to require a lawyer if Google wants to play hardball. You spent 20,000 dollars promoting your web site?

CountryBoy- do you think the 'invalid click activity' in Google's eyes could be because all of the people who got to the webpage were being referred from the same handful of websites where my Adengage/ Adbrite ads appear?

I don't think it would relate to invalid click activity either, but i really don't see any other reason you would be banned.

Well you could sue google for punitive damages also. (20,000 actual and 80,000 punitive? )

I asked google about advertising with adenage and clicksor. They basicaly told me that some sites are invalid clicks and i would have to read googles terms.

No real help but i thought it over and figured they might have problems with some of the other paid per click advertising sites. I really wanted to know if they had list of sites not to use becuase of invalid clicks but no answers from them.

No - it's not to do with the origin of your traffic - if they were banning you for that they would have told you (they have another standard email covering paid to surf, click exchanges and crap like that). The origin of your traffic isn't really too much of their concern - the 'uniqueness' is. It looks to me as if there's been a lot of clicks originating from the same IP address / IP range.

I don't understand why Google can't reverse the invalid clicks and pay the legitimately earned money. Everything points to them being dirty scammers, especially in this case.
