I am going to setup a "theoretical" situation, and any advice on it would be great. So here is the situation: A young 16 year old webmaster puts Adsense on his fledgling website and starts getting some clicks and making a few bucks. Then he gets greedy and clicks a few of his ads and makes even more money. Then, before he knew what was happening he had been removed from Google Adsense. Now, almost 3 years later, that young webmaster has matured vastly, but is still banned from Adsense and in desperate need of some money for college, but Yahoo! ads just don't seem to cut it. Is there anyway for this young man to find his way back onto the good side of Google Adsense?
Only way is to e-mail Adsense with that same exact story and see what happens, IMO. Others may be a bit creative-- but those ways are usually breaking TOS.
I know they will still deny me, that was the point of this thread to find out if there is anyway to not be denied.
set up an LLC Corp, reapply with a different website. If you are serious about making money. LLC's are easy and cheap to set up. If you can't afford to be a business then why should Google take you seriously? Adsense is not a privlidge nor is it a game.
are you sure this is 3 years ago, not 3 weeks ago , just kiddin i agree that an LLC Corp is the only solution for you.
...in that case, that young webmaster needs to sell this young webmaster his YPN account In all seriousness, either email adsense (doubtful you'll get anything), or open an account in your brother / sister / mom / dad / grandmother (...yes I know someone who did that) 's name.
I've read a lot of forum threads about people being banned, and I don't think Google has ever let anyone back in adsense. The only exception was someone was let back in because google made an error in kicking them out. But everyone in the thread said they'd never heard of that before. -Methane
