he's not banned, it's the VB bug, you can still red rep him, you cant rep people who are banned, but you can rep him

 

yes you can. i just repped TVCC and his blob increased by one.

 

strange because i seem to have a vague memory of nintendo saying you cant rep people who are banned, and i remember checking and i was sure you cant, well maybe i never slept much that day
