Want suggestions for a website within my budget

    I'm looking for suggestions about what to invest in. I want to invest in a website with regular income and one that uses methods/techniques of generating quality targetted traffic that I can also use on other websites. My budget is $2000 to $4000.

    Any suggestions anyone?
