    just find high pr sites with links for sale. Make sure they are related sites though. that will be best.

    search for sites that are similar (same subject) as yours...and get links on them...backlinking is one of the simplest (though not the cheapest...lol) things you could do :D

    Unfortunatly not true, I've got several sites with great content and I just get screwed over by google once every month or so and have to start over from scratch.

    If You wanna creat good site.. You should start creat UNIQ content on useful subject :d
    and next buying links after few updates You can also exchange link with sites with similar PR

    Exchange link from a relevant site, exchanging link will enhance your SERP as well as Page Rank as long as the website whom your exchanging links has a PR to pass on.
