What really works is getting a friend to go along with you on set days (consult wiht each other's schedules)
I usually go at least twice a week under normal circumstances (midterms and exams screw me over). Make sure you leave at least a day in between each workout session

I work on a computer for the majority of the day, 7 days a week. I have found exercise to be very important when it comes to productivitiy.

I have a routine where I either run or ride the stationary bike when I first wake up for 30 minutes. In the afternoon, I will do a 15 minute weight workout routine, mainly for my back and wrists.

At night time, about an hour before I go to bed, I do 20 minutes or so of stretching. I do this every day and it keeps me in great shape, physically and mentally.

I try to do something outdoors every day. Either play some basketball, ride a bike, play some soccer...whatever it is. Keeps me nice and healthy :)

Every day I am at the YMCA for hours on end. I do a lot of cardio and some muscule workouts too. I play basketball for hours daily and do a lot of running too.

I don't workout, and not working out irritates me like hell, I could FEEL myself getting fat. My problem is, I don't know what should I do for a workout at my age which wouldn't interfere with my physical growth.

I plan on cycling 15 kilometers a day from tomorrow though. Hope thats enough

How old are you? Running is always the best option. You release the same amount of HGH when you sprint for 5-6 seconds as you do when you cycle as fast as you can for 30 seconds...just a thought ;)

We usually go lift 3 -4 times a week. I'm trying to get back into mountain biking as well since the weather is nice again.

I really pushed the limits in my workout yesterday. My arms are killing me right now. Oh well, no pain no gain. :)

    I'm 15.

Well I don't know about running, maybe I could go to a park some kilometers away on the motorcycle, and run around the park maybe for some time (I have lots of space to run around at home as well, but... it'd be more fun being more social)

I'll start doing this from tomorrow then.
