Don't take this the wrong way, but all webmasters think their websites are superb. Most are misguided. So no matter what you ask for, you can expect people to submit any old junk.

 

This might be true, but there is one thing which will filter out all junk. To get a website listed, there is a small donation required (£0.25 or more). So only websites which are worth to its owner more than £0.25 will be there and the rest is simply not worth mentioning.
