YPN, disable ad-targeting from ianag.com!

Ok, I have contacted YPN many times about this site, but they will not do anything. This site is breaking YPN's TOS by putting ads next to images and they are targeting high paying ads:
    http://www.ianag.com/arcade/

    Here is a screen shot:

They also have adbrite on the same page...

Whats the deal with YPN not doing anything to this site? They have been violating their TOS for a few months now! YPN is going after sites that get less traffic, but the bigger sites that are doing the same thing are getting terminated. Wow...

werent you terminated? i find it strange your comment regarding you contacting ypn many times about this site. im sure ypn is big enough to make their own determinations on whether this site needs to be terminated or not. for all you know they may be converting like crazy for the advertisers and everyone is perfectly happy regardless of tos violations... except you. why do you care?

the whole images next to ads and whether or not a line / barrier is allowed or not allowed theories are so inconclusive. i know someone who got a compliance manager warning regarding images next to ads. they put up a similar seperator and resubmitted. ypn has had no problem with them since. you guys might hate it when i say it, but let ypn police themselves. we can only speculate on how ypn works and doesnt work, what they consider to be a terminal infraction or not and why "ypn is going after sites that get less traffic, but the bigger sites that are doing the same thing are getting terminated".

the answer seems obvious to me. $$$. isnt that why we are all in the game? im sure if a site had a big title, CLICK HERE, before the ad and those clicks converted like crazy for advertisers, ypn would be very very happy with that particular publisher.

it's not illegal to run adbrite and ypn as long as adbrite isn't cpc ads. and they are the pay per run period ads. (if that makes sense)

Yes, I was terminated, and they refused to pay me a dime. I get pissed off when YPN goes after people that get less traffic and then they don't care about sites that get more traffic. You know good and well that if an arcade site targets high paying ads, they will not convert! Use your brain, please.

i totally agree. but i dont run arcade sites and i dont use category targetting to mistarget my sites. and i dont rely on ypn income for my financial success. i guess thats why im still here. it sucks that they didnt pay you, i would be pissed too. i guess if hunting down and reporting sites that YOU feel should be terminated along with you makes you feel better... what can i say? im glad its not my sites you are targetting. my whole point was... what are you still doing here? i would think that you would have moved on to bigger and better things by now. (thats my brain in action)

so you got pissed when they terminated you, and now you want someone else to be pissed when you get them terminated?

wonderful world we live in, isn't it?

I'm pretty sure it's that kind of thinking that starts wars...

Its not direct talk with the advertiser, its going through another ad company, talking through them. It pays alot better than YPN, but I cant tell anyone about it since all of these 3rd world country people and all of the terminated people would fly over to it, and it would get worse than YPN

It is strange to see ads totally not related to the site.
That's why yahoo is stucked forever in Beta mode.

I own http://www.clipplay.com and it's better not to target high paying ads, even though some ads are accidental clicks it is much better not to target. I tried it and would only get a couple clicks .04% CTR, now without targetting getting above 1% CTR and a nice income per day.

Remember the "Golden Rule" - he with the Gold Rules!

It's their program and they can choose to enforce their own TOS however they see fit.

At the bottom of all decisions is MONEY. TOS is not LAW, it's their own terms.

Hate to say it, but the YPN ads are still up next to images and targeted toward high paying ads. Guess YPN doesnt care if this guy breaks their TOS... :(

I know of another site that gets way more traffic than that site and each YPN ad has an image next to it and there are no borders what-so-ever.

there are also many sites still out there with images next to google ads. I guess it will take time before the ad publisher catch up to them.

Worry about your own damn site. It is because of people like you people can't enjoy the simple things in life.

The person who made that site will face his own judgment, for now let the site(s) be.

By getting terminated him you prove nothing except jealousy. Why are people so evil? :( I don't get it man, let the man eat...
